Our sales are subject to the present general terms and conditions which prevail over any purchase conditions, unless we expressly waive them.
Options for specific dates can be taken by phone. These options entitle the client to priority booking for a period of 10 days, without any commitment on either side. This period may be interrupted by the request of another client wishing to book on the same date. In this case, the client, duly informed by us, has a period of 24 hours to confirm his reservation, failing which the option will be cancelled.
Orders are only transformed into firm reservations after receipt of our contract accepted by the client, signed and accompanied by the reservation deposit.
This contract specifies the conditions of use of the boat (date, timetable, nature of the cruise, number of people in the group) and, in general, all the details required for the proper execution of the client’s orders.
The exact number of passengers must be communicated to us at least 15 days before your programme and confirmed 48 hours before your arrival, otherwise we will be obliged to charge you the number initially planned if your number of participants is lower than the confirmed figure.
The prices are stipulated inclusive of all taxes, firm and non-revisable. Their amounts are indicated in our contracts. Our terms of payment are as follows:
At the time of booking: deposit of 30% of the amount including tax.
On the day of your programme: Payment of the balance of the service in cash (cheques, cash or bank card) when the passengers embark.
Cancellation conditions :
Our programmes offer you the passage of a lock under the normal operating conditions set by the navigation services (VNF).
We do not pass through locks after 5.30 pm, on Sundays and public holidays, as well as during our cabaret evenings, or if prohibited by the competent services and/or in case of danger.
No financial compensation will be granted as long as the cruise is in the direction of Epernay.
In the event of navigation being impossible for external reasons: floods, prohibition of navigation by the administrative services or for reasons of force majeure (storm, tornado or other), customers can have recourse to one of the three following formulas:
We decline all responsibility for damage of any kind, in particular: fire and/or theft which may affect the objects or equipment on board, unless we have given our express agreement.
Any dispute relating to the present sale, even in the event of recourse to a guarantee or multiple defenders, will, in the absence of an amicable agreement, fall within the competence of the Commercial Court of Reims.
